Please make sure all required forms are completed and signed prior to check in:

- Signed Enrollment Agreement

- FACTS Tuition Management

- $2,000 registration fee

- FUMA Health Form

A number of FUMA alumni participating in this season's Bowl Championship Series games

As usual, this year will see a number of former FUMA cadets playing in college bowl games, including our own Brandon Caleb (#8 in photo above) who is a wide receiver for Oklahoma who will be in the BCS National Championship Game.
